Do you work on the weekend?
Saturday mornings, by appointment. Sunday we're closed.
How do I send a photo?
Text it to (575) 555-0101, or use the link on the contact page. A photo of the ceiling stain and one of the roof help most.
What if water is coming in right now?
Call us and say so. We'll tell you what to do to keep the water off the floor, and come as soon as we can.
Do you work with insurance?
We can't cover or waive your deductible, and we don't handle your insurer's paperwork. We can give you a written price and photos to share with whoever you choose.
Do you repair coolers?
Only the roof seal around the stand. For the cooler itself, call an HVAC company.
Do you work for landlords?
Yes. We can send the price and the photos to you and to your tenant, and book around their schedule.
When is the best time to repair a roof here?
Before the monsoon, in late spring. After the first storms we're busy, so a quick check beforehand helps.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Every page here is in English and Spanish, and so is every price we write.
